- Code Blue Timers
When every second counts, healthcare facilities rely on the Primex Wireless Code Blue Timer for tracking the critical moments which occur during a code blue event. This multifunction digital clock and timer provides reliable operation during life-threatening emergencies. As a component of the Primex Wireless system, this timer is part of a GPS wireless synchronized time solution. It integrates seamlessly with existing code blue systems and when it’s not in the code blue format, it functions as a synchronized clock or count-up/count-down timer.
When a code blue event is invoked, a relay/pulse is sent to the timer, which triggers it to begin counting up. If a code blue status is in effect, it will take priority and the timer’s previous task will run in the background until the code blue function is stopped. A switch control allows the user to operate the timer in multiple modes. In the event of a power outage the timer’s memory is backed up for up to 10-hours.

Programmable Countdown Timers work especially well in hallways: using Event Scheduler Pro Software from Primex Wireless, you can set a schedule that synchronizes with school bells. When a class period is about to end, the Programmable Countdown Timer display can temporarily switch from time of day to a countdown of time remaining between classes, then return to clock mode.
Elapsed Timers count up and down to a maximum of 99 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds. A switch control allows the user to run, hold or reset the timer when in elapsed or down timer mode. When not in elapsed timer mode, the Elapsed Timer displays synchronized time. Switch kit and wall plate gang cover included.
Programmable Countdown Timers are great for use in schools to count down the remaining time during class changes, and in manufacturing facilities to display the amount of time remaining during break times and lunch periods. A precise schedule is created with the Event Scheduler Pro Software, initiating the count down function at scheduled intervals. After the function is complete, the Countdown Timers automatically display time synchronized to all other clocks in the system.
